Ultrio Virtual Plan
For folks who say, "I never go to the doctor", this plan provides fundamental preventive care with solid major medical healthcare protection-- at a budget-friendly premium.

One annual provider visit per year (paid up to $175.00)
Since the plan renews monthly, should the desire to save into an HSA or receive specialist care (such as chiropractic care) change, upgrades can easily be added.
Ultrio HSA Plan
